Fresh content on your website, web pages and blogs is important, and mandatory, if you want the search engines to come back to visit you often. This is a key factor of successful internet marketing and getting you to the top of the search engines. The best way to make money online is for prospective customers to find you through their searches.

Here are some key factors in learning to write content for web pages, websites, blogs, press releases, classified ads, forums, literally everything that you are putting out there. Each of the above require different rules.
- Focused - Keep content simple. It doesn't have to be kindergarten level, but don't get too wordy. Stay focused on your topic. If you need to explain more, include a link to a more detailed article or page.
- Key Word Rich - Make sure that you include your keywords several times throughout the writing.
- Be Sincere - Talk from your heart. Pretend like you are talking to someone interested in your topic. Write out a list of questions that someone might ask you, then simply answer the questions.
- Accuracy - Use your spell checker. If you miss a few words, don't worry about it. It shows that you are human, but keep errors to a minimum.
- Keep it Short - Say what you have to say, and move on. (Training materials like this site follow other rules. This site is a "manual" rather than a typical website. Ads will be much shorter than web pages.)

HTML Basics
No matter what you are writing content for, you will need to learn how to include "hyperlinks" and some basic html code. Since most of us don't care to take an html course and learn how the advanced codes.... we will teach you how to do this the instant way.
Under Free Resources, we have provided links to download several html editors. That means that you can type your message into a window like a Microsoft Word Document, tell it to apply styles like bold, italics, underline, different sizes or colors of font, hyperlinks, bullets, numbers, etc., and it will automatically set up the html code for you. In order to see the html code, you click on "View Source." Then by copying that code, and pasting into areas provided, it will apply those commands to the viewer.
DeskView HTML Editor
This one is very simple to use. You must first download DeskView. Go to
Under "Panels and Launchers," bottom row, click on the 4th icon which says "HTML." When it opens, type your message into the page. Many of the icons in the 4 rows above the text area are very similar to Microsoft Word.
