How to Use This Website
As you've already heard on the previous pages, this site is going through a major revamping. We appreciate your patience as we reactivate all of the previous trainings, and add more each day.
If you click on a link, or an audio player that isn't working... we are still editing the audio or video portions of that training / page.
If you are anxious to participate in a specific training, please let us know which one and we'll get it posted as quickly as possible. |
Where Do You Find the Training Curriculum?
There are two places to locate the trainings - both in completely different formats.
1) Go to Class List under Online Training for a complete list of categories of our courses. When you click on any of the category links on that page, you will find a summary of each class offered within that category. Then by clicking on the Title of that Class, you will be taken to another page that gives the outline of the class. The Class List Page is a list of all classes currently set up in our ScyberStore, and you can register for the trainings right from there.
2) Again under Online Training, there are more than 30 Menu Buttons listing the various categories or areas of training. For example, Desktop Training. After clicking on that tab (or any submenu button), you will be taken to a new page. Scroll down the page to the area where you see a "tabbed" box. This gives you an Overview of the online trainings, and then by clicking on Basic, Intermediate and Advanced, details of each class are listed there. Go to the "Register" tab to obtain entry into the various online trainings.
There are instructions on each of these pages, or you can also print this out to follow along.
What are the Internet Marketing Tools?
Many of these tools will hold value to you only if you are interested in building an online business, or marketing an offline business through the internet.
Under the Menu Tab called Internet Marketing Tools, you will find more than 30 different types of tools that we use to market a business on the internet. Each of these pages describe the tools, and the Online Training sections provides the training for each of these tools. |
How Do You Reach Us?
This is my #1 Choice - If you'd like to speak with someone live, and immediately, click on the Live Assistance Button located on the left side of each page. Another page will appear where you can type in your name and your question. If we are at our computers and not assisting someone else, you will hear back from us within 1-3 minutes.
Wait till you see this! I can literally take you to any page on this website or anywhere on the internet. I can play an audio or video for you right on YOUR computer screen, even an entire training. Sorry, it does not have voice capability, only text. |
When the box says "Leave a Message" we are either helping another person, in the training room, or have turned off our computers. We will get back with you as Quickly as possible. |

At the bottom of every page you will find an area similar to the one above. Simply click on the words "Click Here" and you will be taken to the entry page of our Live Training and Support Web Conference Room.
If you are told that the room is locked, we are giving a training, or recording one.
If you have a microphone, you will be able to speak with us just like on the phone. No microphone? No problem! You can type into a text area. In this environment, we can also demonstrate web pages, recorded trainings, and walk you through just about anything.

The next Alternative is to find the box that looks like this, also located on every page in the left sidebar. Once you click on "Click Here," you will be provided with a QMTP form (like the one below) to fill out. This will send us an Instant Message through one of our favorite Internet Marketing Tools called DeskView. The message pops up on our computer screens usually within seconds. |
This is the QMTP form as mentioned above. This tool is provided to us through DeskView. Enter your name, then your Qname if you have already downloaded your own free version of Deskview. Don't have DeskView... Then enter your email address so that we can contact you. Type in your message or questions and click on submit. | |

As the last means of reaching us, go to the Contact Us page on this website. There you will find another QMTP form to reach us by Instant Message, AND there is another form that you can fill out which will be sent to us vial email.
