Experience the joy of learning to utilize more of your computer. Our classes are designed to load quickly with easy-to-follow instructions and examples. All that is required is that you can login to the internet. You can watch, listen and practice while you're learning in our convenient web conference training and support rooms. All classes are recorded so that you can participate any time of the day or night, from anywhere in the world.
Most classes incorporate 3 levels of training - Basic, Intermediate and Advanced, and include the following:
- Recorded trainings with 24-hour access (audio and video)
- Live support by our ScyberTechs in Web Conference Training Rooms
- 5-15 minute segment trainings - quick & easy to complete and review
- Periodic Live training in our Web Conference Rooms - see our calendar
- Written instructions called ScyberBooks (e-books) in pdf format - coming soon
Basic classes are offered as Free Trainings, giving the student a fundamental understanding of that subject.
Intermediate classes range from $1-5 per class delving deeper into the mechanics of the content.
Advanced classes range from $3-25 per class and get into the detailed usage of the functions, features, settings and customization of the more complicated parts of that tool.

Overview describes the general content of all levels of that class category. By reading through the overview, you can decide your level of interest in the subject.
An example of what you will see is shown below. This is taken from the training on Understanding Your Computer Screen / Desktop.
Basic - covers the customary icons and features located on your desktop, what they are, where they are, and how they are used.
Intermediate - covers learning how to open and utilize icons on the desktop, their functions and features, how to add and delete icons, using the task bar, how to maneuver the "Start" button with other options available, and how to change your desktop background.
Advanced - covers customizing your desktop, organization, configuring more complicated features, and changing how your screen looks, plus features from your Control Panel.
The Basic tab gives a detailed outline of the free classes offered within that category. Depending on the scope of the subject there might be 1 class or several.
The skills learned here are the foundation for other online classes. So, even though you may think you already know a subject, take the class! It might present something that you haven't used before. Then, go to the Review tab to check your retention of the online training.
Each class lists the Prerequisites for that training. That means other skills may be required prior to taking the class. Go back to those classes first.

This online training covers customizing your desktop, organization, configuring more complicated features, and changing how your screen looks, plus features from your Control Panel.
